Tripod Top Discharge Centrifuge | Batch Filtration Centrifuge for Crystal Dewatering
Working Principle
Suspension is fed into the rotating drum of the top discharge centrifuge. Driven by centrifugal force, liquid passes through the filter media and flows out of the drum, while solid particles are captured to form filter cake. After separation, washing and dewatering cycles, the machine stops. Operators open the top cover and manually remove filter cake from the top of the drum. The three-legged shock absorber suppresses vibration during high-speed rotation. This centrifuge suits solid-liquid separation of coarse particles and crystalline materials.
