Cantilever single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump lined with ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE). Delivers excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance. Handles sulfuric acid up to 80%, nitric acid & hydrochloric acid up to 50%, and various acidic, alkaline & salt slurries. Semi-open impeller prevents clogging. K-type FKM seal with cooling water jacket. Optional fluoroplastic lining and custom non-standard sizes are available.

Working Principle
As a cantilever centrifugal pump, fluid enters axially and gains pressure via the rotating semi-open impeller before volute discharge. The semi-open impeller (no front cover plate) provides free passage for particles and crystals to avoid blockage. The UHMW-PE liner is compression-molded for reliable anti-corrosion and anti-erosion performance. K-type fluororubber seal ring comes with cooling water jacket to handle harsh slurry conditions. Fluoroplastic lining is optional, and bespoke flow-head non-standard units can be ordered.
