UHB-ZK Wear-Resistant Mortar Pump
Working Principle
This pump features a cantilever-type single-stage single-suction structure. The impeller is overhung and mounted on the shaft end. Liquid is drawn in axially, gains kinetic energy from the high-speed rotating impeller, and is discharged radially. The flow-passing components (impeller, pump casing, wear plates, etc.) are lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material. Its extremely high molecular weight and excellent self-lubricating properties effectively resist high-speed scouring wear from solid particles and chemical corrosion. The cantilever design reduces the need for complex seal structures on the bearing side, facilitating maintenance and repair, while the metal casing ensures overall pressure resistance.
Application Fields
1. Mining and Metallurgy Industry: Conveying high-concentration solid-particle corrosive slurry such as pulp, tailings, concentrate, and coal washing medium, suitable for slag slurry transport in concentrators and smelters.
2. Chemical and Acid Manufacturing Industry: Conveying corrosive liquids mixed with crystals or suspended particles, such as dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid. Applicable to processes in phosphorus chemicals, titanium dioxide production, fertilizer manufacturing, etc.
3. Environmental Protection and Desulfurization Engineering: Used for limestone slurry transport in flue gas desulfurization systems of power plants or steel mills, and for pumping solid-containing media such as sludge and scum in sewage treatment plants.
4. Ceramic and Building Materials Industry: Conveying glaze slurry, ceramic mud, kaolin suspension, and glass fiber slurry, suitable for raw material preparation and transport in building material factories.
