WFB Fluorine-alloy Seal-free Automatic Control Self-priming Pump | Vertical PVDF Anti-corrosion Self-priming Chemical Pump
Working Principle
A certain volume of liquid stays inside pump casing before startup. The rotating main impeller agitates and mixes air with process liquid. The air-liquid mixture flows into the separation chamber, where air vents upward while liquid flows back toward impeller inlet. This cycle continues until suction line air is fully evacuated and self-priming is achieved. Liquid remains trapped inside pump chamber after shutdown, so no re-priming is needed for subsequent starts. The seal-less auxiliary-impeller dynamic sealing design handles corrosive media carrying minor solid particles.
