The WFB high pressure high power vertical self priming pump is a heavy duty seal free chemical self priming pump designed for high flow and high pressure industrial working conditions. It is assembled with pump body, main impeller, auxiliary impeller, shaft assembly, electric control valve and shut off check valve. Free of mechanical seals, it completely avoids medium leakage. No bottom valve is needed during installation, which makes it well suited for heavy duty corrosive fluid transfer in US heavy industrial plants.

Working Principle
It applies gas liquid mixing self priming mechanism. Certain liquid is kept inside pump cavity before startup. When the main impeller starts rotating, air from suction pipeline fully mixes with liquid inside pump. The gas‑liquid mixture flows into gas liquid separation chamber. Gas escapes from top outlet and liquid flows back to impeller inlet. The circulation repeats until air inside suction pipeline is fully removed and self priming process completes. Liquid stays within pump housing after shutdown, so re priming is not required for restart.
