Wheel Loader
Working Principle
Engine drives hydraulic pump to generate high‑pressure hydraulic oil. Control valve distributes oil pressure to operate lift and dump cylinders, controlling boom lifting/lowering and bucket tipping for material handling. Chassis transmission system powers wheel travel. Coordinated travel‑and‑loading actions realize scooping, lifting, loading and short pushing. Heavy‑duty performance is achieved by combining mechanical transmission and hydraulic control system.
Application Fields
Infrastructure Construction: Stockpiling sand, gravel and soil, backfilling foundation pits, loading and transferring bulk materials.
Mining and Quarries: Piling ore and crushed stone, material transportation and stockyard management.
Sanitation, Agriculture, and Forestry: Snow removal, grass‑straw grabbing, land leveling and site smoothing.
Factory Areas and Ports: Short‑distance cargo transfer, yard stockpiling, bulk‑cargo loading & unloading at docks.
Key Advantages
‑ Powerful digging and loading capacity for heavy‑duty bulk‑material jobs
‑ Flexible replaceable attachments: grapples, snow blades and other working tools
‑ Robust chassis structure, adaptable to harsh complex site conditions
‑ Integrated mechanical‑hydraulic control for easy and efficient operation
