Working Principle The pump combines magnetic coupling with self-priming capability. The motor drives the external magnet rotor, transmitting torque through magnetic fields to the internal magnet rotor and impeller – achieving contactless power transmission and eliminating leakage. The casing is lined with FEP/PTFE, ensuring media only contact fluoroplastic for maximum corrosion resistance. An inlet check valve retains liquid in the pump cavity after shutdown. Upon startup, the high-speed impeller creates negative pressure to evacuate air from the suction line, achieving self-priming with up to 10–16 feet suction lift. Applications 1.
