ZCQ Series Self-Priming Fluoroplastic Magnetic Drive Pump – Leak-Free Self-Priming Solution

Working Principle This pump integrates magnetic drive with self-priming functionality. The motor drives the external magnet rotor, transmitting torque through magnetic fields to the internal magnet rotor and impeller, achieving contactless power transmission and complete leakage elimination. The casing is lined with FEP/PTFE, ensuring that media contact only fluoroplastic materials for maximum corrosion resistance. An inlet check valve retains liquid in the pump cavity after shutdown. Upon startup, the high-speed impeller generates negative pressure to evacuate air from the suction line, achieving self-priming with up to 10–16 feet suction lift.
