ZE(ZA) High Temperature and High Pressure Chemical Pump
Working Principle
This pump features a single-stage radial impeller structure. Liquid is sucked in from the axial inlet of the pump, gains kinetic energy under the action of the high-speed rotating impeller, and is then discharged through the radial outlet. To balance the axial force, the pump adopts a hydraulic balance design with front and rear wear rings combined with balance holes, effectively reducing rotor movement and extending the service life of bearings and mechanical seals. At the shaft seal, cooling, flushing, or sealing liquid systems can be configured according to the characteristics of the medium to ensure sealing reliability under high temperature, high pressure, or crystallization-prone conditions.
Application Fields
1. Petroleum Refining and Chemical Processes: Used in refineries and petrochemical plants to transport acids, alkalis, salts, and liquid petrochemical products at various temperatures, suitable for conveying high-temperature and high-pressure media in units such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, and hydrogenation.
2. Coal Chemical Industry and Low-Temperature Engineering: Used in coal processing industry to transport coal slurry, solvents, and chemical intermediates, and also suitable for special medium circulation in low-temperature engineering such as liquefied natural gas and air separation units.
3. Power and Energy Industry: Used for boiler feed water, condensate circulation, and cooling systems in power plants, and can also provide high-temperature heat transfer water or thermal oil for heating and air conditioning systems.
4. General Industry and Environmental Protection: Suitable for conveying corrosive liquids in the papermaking and sugar refining industries, as well as for boosting and transporting saline water and fresh water in water supply plants and desalination plants, meeting various working condition requirements of common process industries.
