ZW Non-Clogging Stainless‑Steel Self‑Priming Pump | Horizontal Solids‑Handling Sewage Self-Priming Pump
Working Principle
As the impeller spins inside its separate chamber, powerful axial vortex flow builds vacuum at pump suction and generates discharge head. Solid-laden media passes freely through open flow passages and gets discharged from the pressure chamber. The pump creates suction by evacuating air from suction piping without pre-priming. After shutdown, liquid remains inside pump casing, so repeated manual water filling is unnecessary for restarts. Its open flow path delivers far better anti-clog performance than conventional self-priming sewage pumps.
